"Loved It Til The End."
Pros: I enjoyed helping and greeting customers everyday, solving business problems and dealing with customer relations, the accounting aspect was also enjoyable. I liked the fast paced work of a high volume sales day and leading by example for my employees.
Cons: Unfortunately Food Lion preaches diversity and inclusion, but does not defend or protect their hard working and dedicated employees. Many associates I have worked with were dishonest, selfish, and inappropriate but their behavior gets overlooked. Many in management have been involved in sexual harassment, infidelity within the company, and performance issues not meeting budget/sales/overtime expectations however they are still employed and not held accountable.
