Job Description for Customer Service Traffic Analyst, Call Center

  • Create and prepare reports including daily operating reports, call analysis and adherence.
  • Monitor all incoming call flows to ensure that calls are routed correctly.
  • Prepare and analyze call volume, historical trend data, and forecasts including planning for impact of special events, seasonality, and promotions.
  • Recognize and recommend operational improvements.
