Job Description for Customer Service Traffic Analyst, Call Center
Create and prepare reports including daily operating reports, call analysis and adherence.
Monitor all incoming call flows to ensure that calls are routed correctly.
Prepare and analyze call volume, historical trend data, and forecasts including planning for impact of special events, seasonality, and promotions.
Recognize and recommend operational improvements.
