Must listen and understand the Client's needs depending on their specialty. Must be forward thinking and willing to find solutions, not excuses. Medical field is rapidly changing. Think outside the box by using the same tools. Finally, even though the client is not sitting in front you, they will detect when you are having a "bad day" by the tone in your voice.
