The director of clinical services also develops budgets; sets and monitors staff achievement; ensures the company meets federal, state, and local laws; and keeps the company informed regarding accreditation policy and procedures. These directors oversee auditing of clinical services and clinical record reviews to establish uniformity, precision, and quality recordkeeping.
