Job Description for Director, Business Management & Analysis

The director, business management and analysis, is primarily responsible for initially defining metrics and data points essential to the measurement and evaluation of the operation of the business group. Once defined, the director will direct others to apply the appropriate analysis to create data outputs that will help various teams make critical business decisions based on this data.


Director, Business Management & Analysis Tasks

  • Develop reports on analysis results and present them to senior management.
  • Help determine the company’s financial and business analysis needs and facilitate the exchange of data.
  • Support growth by leading the strategic analysis of business opportunities, financial decisions, and company operations.
  • Manage a team of analysts, hire and train staff, assign tasks, encourage teamwork, and evaluate work.
