Education Administrator, Preschool or Child Care Center Program in Fostoria:
"Very stressful."
Preschool is real school that requires staff that are dedicated to the care, nurturing, and education of young children. That being said they are still young children that deserve to have a childhood that is full of time to explore, experience, and the freedom to learn in a way that you only experience during childhood. It can be very stressful and at the same time extremely rewarding. Working with young children requires an adult who is patient, kind, and understanding with a good sense of humor and love for what they do. You need to be flexible, willing to learn something new everyday and always open to try new things. Children are wise beyond their years and you will learn more from them than you will ever imagine. They are not a blank slate they are full of ideas, thoughts, questions, and knowledge.
