Job security is key to having a career. You don't have a career if you don't have a job, correct. The number one key is always be working. Whether you are doing something little or a big project, always be doing that project and when you have completed that, find another task to complete. You will earn more respect that way and job security as well. Slackers don't get ahead in life. They are weak minded and you have to rise above that. If someone around you is a slcaker, keep working. You will be appreciated for your work if your co-worker is slacking off.
