Equipment Appraiser Reviews

What is it like working as an Equipment Appraiser?
Equipment Appraiser in Opelika:
"Work And Culture."
Pros: Daily interaction with the businesses and taxpayers and the complexity of their situations. When I am allowed to do my job, it can be the most rewarding position I ever worked in.
Cons: The culture and lack of communication from the organization. For instance, the favoritism shown to a select few in their pay raises, fringe benefits, etc. This creates a lot of friction and animosity on the employees who are not considered favorites. Management continues to state they do not have the money for raises but continue to give all managers and select others, on average, 7% to 15% pay raises each year.
