Extension Agent in Winston-Salem:
"Working as an Extension Agent."
Pros: Relationships are key in this job. I've met some wonderful as well as unique, strange people. I love the variety in questions we get to answer as well as teaching ways to make improvements.
Cons: Not having enough support from the University on how to stay relevant with our programming. Often I have to invent or find new programs on my own.
