Facility Coordinator Tasks

Maintain documentation, process checks, coordinate rental reservations, and provide on-site support as necessary.
Act as point of contact with customers to resolve issues with rentals or on-site events.
Oversee and coordinate facility rental sales and all on-site logistics.
Coordinate with planners and vendors to anticipate potential problems and resolve any issues pre-emptively.
