First-Line Supervisor / Manager of Office and Administrative Support Workers Reviews

What is it like working as a First-Line Supervisor / Manager of Office and Administrative Support Workers?
First-Line Supervisor / Manager of Office and Administrative Support Workers in Las Vegas:
"Supervisor, Business Processing."
Pros: My department is responsible for bringing the finalized designs and paperwork to the customer and is the last step they need to complete before they can get installed. Its very rewarding to break records month after month in the solar industry.
Cons: There is little communication between the day and night shifts. I often feel like we don't even warrant updates despite the fact that we regularly outproduce the day shifts.
