A front end manager is usually visible throughout a supermarket, in areas such as the merchandise aisles, customer service, and the checkout process. The aim of the manager is to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers. The front end manager will interact directly with customers and offer them assistance whenever necessary. When customers have complaints, the front end manager will have to come up with solutions in order to resolve them.
