Just because you take a job making more money....weigh be benefits as well. I didn't. I wound up leaving a job that paid decent with benefits for a higher paying job with the promise of benefits....Guess what...no benefits. Bummer for me.

When I first started this job I was told that in (3) Months they will review my profile.... they didn't... The Company was very small at this point I wasn't sure to ask for the promise, the Company expanded from 7 properties to 55 and the job always was done, the year review cycle came and nothing.... I spoke to my supervisor and again he promise me the increase will come, another four month past and nothing them I started looking for a new job...when I find a good one I turn in my resignation, my Supervisor run in to my office to please no to go...they increase 8,000.00 more a year, and I am very happy working with them...
