Q: What is it like working as a General Manager, Restaurant at Five Guys: Burgers and Fries?

General Manager, Restaurant in Rochester:
`"$Groomed."`
Pros: After five years of service I left so things on the table. While the challenges were great to overcome I was within a franchisee group and unable to move to corporates umbrella.
Cons: All of my bad experiences have been due to management by franchisee. I wouldn't air dirty issues on public sites I have since moved on.
