Job Description for Health/Nutrition Coordinator
- Coordinate and maintain patient nutritional care and clinical reviews, instruction, and training.
- Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring.
- Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, diet modifications and food selection and preparation.
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
