Study and learn to apply Engineering Economics to your initiatives in order to build your ROI case. Join a professional association, such as ASSE or AIHA, and become active in your local sections. This will enable you to meet your peers and network and work through technical issues as they arise. Lastly, earn your certifications from ABIH, BCSP and IHMM. They are the gold standards in the industry and will keep you sharp and competent in your respective fields of expertise for years to come.
