Planning and analytical skills are also important, and home health scheduling coordinators work primarily in an office but may also drive to different houses and locations, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary. It's also important that they can succeed independently as well as in a team environment, and some may work with outside health providers to coordinate certain types of care. A high school diploma is often a minimum requirement for this position, and some employers also require a nursing degree.
