It was a short phone call to set up the interview when the recruiter asked me what salary I was looking to receive for this part-time position. I told her that I wanted to stay in the range of my current position or to do a little better since this position was part-time instead of full-time. She then asked what I was making while working my current full-time position. After I told her, she said "Well at least we are in the same ballpark. Not a problem. We're good."
