Human Resources (HR) Coordinator - (City withheld for privacy), Kansas, United States
Easy to explain ... The owner of the company came up with a new form saying that once his employees leave the job, that he had a 2 year promise for not getting into any similar job. I had already signed this one when I was hired for a 1 year time frame ... I refused to sign it - so he fired me.
