I Was Fired

Internal conflict with managment association who felt overlooked when I was appointed as their supervisor.Unable to effectively get things moving in the right direction and with daily barriers being created it became a "lets see what we can do today to make his a worse day yet" situation. Sadly I got caught up in the fray and enjoyed the fighting for the years of put downs prior to becoming the new manager.
