Job Description for Human Resources Plant Supervisor

  • Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization’s overall goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues.
  • Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department.
