Industrial Designer in Grand Rapids:
"The day to day life of a designer at a growing company."
Pros: Work flexibility, new challenges to be solved every day, great team leader, family-like atmosphere.
Cons: Upper management is male dominant and often only interested in pushing forward with their own ideas instead of listening to the end consumer's feedback in order to create new/ better products, too much competition when teamwork is necessary to accomplish a common goal, a lot of 'I need this yesterday' requests from upper management.
