Infrastructure project managers are responsible for managing and coordinating infrastructure projects in their organization. They are in charge of organizing and develop business requirements for automated and centralized platforms within project specifications. Infrastructure project managers coordinate with the communications team to ensure progress and implementation-related issues are properly reported as well as follow all safety procedures to avoid site accidents. Additionally, infrastructure project managers develop management and training strategies related to infrastructure projects.
