"Great management with work flexibility and an Office."
Pros: I enjoy everything about my job. It creates a almost perfect balance of graphic design work and customer relations. I enjoy the freedom of having weekends off and flexible work hours to balance with classes. I get my own office and only report to one person(the general manager). I like the responsibility of handling my own department ensuring it success.
Cons: The only thing I do not enjoy about my job is invoicing every customer, sometimes in combination with insane deadlines it can get a bit overwhelming. However all in all it's not that bad.
