Pros: My sales team really appreciates my efforts - when they get a sale. They reward me with words and truly like having me on the team.
Cons: My management doesn't understand that sales operates on a different schedule then a factory. I need to work when needed not just 9-5. However I end up working 9-5 + when they need me. With no commission.

Pros: I enjoy everything about my job. It creates a almost perfect balance of graphic design work and customer relations. I enjoy the freedom of having weekends off and flexible work hours to balance with classes. I get my own office and only report to one person(the general manager). I like the responsibility of handling my own department ensuring it success.
Cons: The only thing I do not enjoy about my job is invoicing every customer, sometimes in combination with insane deadlines it can get a bit overwhelming. However all in all it's not that bad.
