To be qualified for this position, applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a clerical setting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel is necessary for keeping records, and these assistants must also be able to use common office tools like printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
