Job Description for International Benefits Analyst
Assist in developing policies regarding health insurance, retirement, pension plans and paid time off with regard to culture considerations and country specific benefit practices.
Examine and evaluate employee benefit programs and practices to ensure they are consistently administered and in compliance with professional standards, country specific regulatory requirements and laws.
Provide ongoing analysis on trends, legislative changes and best practices within the benefits field.
