Job Description for International Tax Professional

An international tax professional manages the taxes of individuals and companies that are doing business outside of the US. The tax professional will help these parties by preparing their taxes and by looking over parts of the US tax return that have to do with international dealings. In this job, it may be necessary to work on a team, but it is also important to be self-motivated, to perform duties independently, and to adhere to deadlines.

  • Monitor and maximize profits through tax analysis, research, planning, and prediction.
  • Prepare, review, and audit international tax returns and related documents.
  • Advise clients on various matters of international taxes, such as laws, services, and opportunities.
