Kitchen Supervisor Reviews

What is it like working as a Kitchen Supervisor at Sodexo, Inc.?

Kitchen Supervisor in Tucson:
"Perks."
Pros: I like being around the kids & school atmosphere. Not having an upper management in my kitchen. Mostly corresponding by email with the GM.
Cons: Cutting labor hrs when we need that time to prepare. Means more added work, always rushing to get everything done. The pay rate is too low & they don't acknowledge seniority. Also, favoritism goes on.
