unfairly terminated
I was told I was sleeping on the job, while I was taking my lunch break and not feeling well, but I was working because I am so loyal, devoted, and go the extra mile and never miss work. I was not sleeping I was resting on my lunch break and terminated the next day. I told the supervisor I was not feeling well and he left me to work out the shift anyhow. Then they terminated me the next day after I went to the doctors office and found out I had bronchitis. I had four days of sick pay I could have called off but I go to work sick, because I am a loyal employee. I had no union to back me up so they got rid of me and I still fighting to collect unemployment. It has been two months and Christmas next week. I worked a lot of over time went in early to get the lab ready on my own time so no production time was lost, never was late, got good reviews each year, nver any warnings or bad reviews. I guess it doesn't pay to be so loyal and do so much,my entire 15 years with this company gone and they wouldn't even listen to me explain that I was on my lunch break. I actually did more work that night than usual. Enjoy life don't be a workaholic, no one appreciates it.
