Q: What is it like working as a Laundry Operator?

Laundry Operator in Weatherford:
Pros: The fact that I am able to work and keep the residents clothing clean as well as the linens. I feel extremely good when the resident comments me on my job performance and gives me a huge hug or a simple thank you and smiles.
Cons: The pay, and not being able to get any overtime.
