Job Description for Manager, Packaging

  • Ensure appropriate staff, materials, and supplies to meet operational demands.
  • Communicate with customers about schedule, damages, satisfaction, and new offerings.
  • Train and evaluate packaging staff, and explain and conduct quality control to ensure standards.
  • Record, analyze, and forecast all budgets and costs, including new business opportunities.
  • Participate in safety and federal inspections, including documenting and implementing needed changes.
