"Unappreciated, unorganized, no structure."
Pros: The patients. I love being needed and making people feel good.
Cons: Unstructured, manager unaware of coworkers behavior. Yearly reviews postponed, 5 doctors have unrealistic expectations for 1 person. Very negative, a lot of complaining. Manager gossips to coworkers about other coworkers.
