Job: Medical Phlebotomist (United States)

I came into a company. on the interview I was

asked what pay was I requesting I said 13.00 hr. the supervisor told me that they only paid 12.00 per hr. so I said ok. After being there a year never got my eval,never did get a raise,was fired on somthing she and other co-worker made up. and she brought a non-experienced worker in and pays him 14.50 per hr.and the co-worker I worked with got paid 13.00 per hr.and rumored that others that came in under me was paid more up to 16.00 per hr. and I have 8yrs experience. It's really very unfair.I feel I should have been paid my for my yrs of experience 13-14 dollars per hour.

I have been a phlebotomist for 16 years and when I left my last job 5 years ago my pay was 15.72, now I'm being paid 14.85! The union said that they don't start anyone out with more than the 8 year exp. level. When will the hospitals actually pay you for your actual years of experience?
