Medical Services Supervisor Advice

Q: What is it like working as a Medical Services Supervisor?

Medical Services Supervisor in Eureka:
"It gets old."
I really enjoy my day to day job, my manager and everyone I work with in my branch specifically. I have the power to hire and fire, and am sure to hire people I like to work with. The problem is the low pay and turnover. It gets old training people over and over. I do not have control over their wages so can offer no incentive to keep them. Middle management is terrible. I am available to my office 7 days a week (we are in a mall and open 7 days a week) and am not compensated for all the calls I get when I am out of the office, on vacation etc.
