"New Company's."
Upon taking a new job, first find out about their customer reviews and local reputation. Try to test customer service by calling for an appointment as a potential client to see how the clientele is treated through the front staff. What standards of ethics and practice are important to said employer, as they may not be the standards that you are accustomed to upholding for your own clients. What products are used? Are they student or professional grade products? Management, what do they do to ensure a pleasant and professional environment? Is there any benefits or trading of services allowed between co workers? Important questions to ponder that can make a difference between being satisfied or happy with your job. Wish I'd have followed this template upon taking the position I'm in know. Just trying to be patient.
