Fair Pay?
Nanny or Aupair - (City withheld for privacy), California, United States
I don't believe I'm being paid fairly. I'm being paid based on a flat rate, but I work way more hours than was discussed when I was hired.

Self Evaluation and Pay Request
Nanny or Aupair - (City withheld for privacy), Georgia, United States
After six months at my position of Nanny for a very professional family with 2 young children, I wanted to request a raise. I did a very honest detailed self evaluation of my job duties. I did a little research for the average salary for my position and job requirements. I put it all in a well written request and I received 5% of the 10% I had asked for. The ramaining 5% was promised to me at my 1 year mark. I made sure to highlight my strengths and duties above my required duties.
