Make sure the person hiring you fully understands your abilities . Ask about bebefits. Ask about room to grow.

Office Manager, Medical Office in Honolulu:
"CAREER JOB."
Always be honest with the employees and what you want them to accomplish. Allow them to believe that they can and will be trained to be able to run an office independently to better grow as an employee and become more valuable to an employer. I started off as a receptionist just answering phone calls and putting patients in rooms. Now I not only put patients in rooms and answer phone calls but now I do prior authorizations, call in prescriptions, input patient demographics, do transciption, billing and coding, scan documents, file charts, set rooms up, assist doctor with patients, deposits, invoices, and run an entire office all on my own during office hours. Just believing in my self and having a positive attitude will get you to succeed.
