Must be willing to work under micro-management from immediate supervisor. Flexibility is key. Qualified candidate must be willing to work in any direction at any given time and somehow be able to keep up with the daily expectations of his/her job when being pulled away. Must be able to deal with a myriad of personalities and communicate well, especially with sensitive people.
