In addition, they manufacture eyewear in accordance with manufacturing regulations, following strict safety procedures. They interact with colleagues, as well as existing and prospective customers. Optical laboratory managers must work well with other laboratory managers and use their leadership abilities to motivate optical laboratory professionals to reach all company goals in a timely manner. They oversee and supervise the correct cleaning and ongoing maintenance of optical laboratory tools and equipment as well.
