The person who oversees the day-to-day operations of the brick and mortar locations where consumers purchase glasses and other protective eyewear is an optical store manager. This person is not only in charge of the way customer service for persons shopping for glasses and frames is performed. This manager also works to help create appointments for consumers, ensures accurate orders for laboratory technicians, and generally oversees a clean and customer-friendly retail showroom environment.
