Paint Associate Reviews

What is it like working as a Paint Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement Inc.?

Paint Associate in Henrico:
"Lowe's."
Pros: I feel like I am treated well by my direct manager. My job is fun with the people I work with and I love to see the satisfaction on the customers face when they are happy with the product and service I have provided.
Cons: What I get paid is a big downfall. I also feel like upper management in my store could do more to make the sales floor associates feel better about how hard they work to keep the store running. They also will not work with scheduling for me to pursue college.
