The majority of Paralegal Managers in the United States — approximately two-thirds — boast more than 10 years of experience in their profession. Salaries stretch from $44K to $107K per year, and the median is $66K annually. Experience level is the biggest factor affecting pay for this group, followed by geography. Though the majority of Paralegal Managers do not report high levels of job satisfaction, most are moderately content with their role. While between a fifth and a fourth report receiving no health benefits, a strong majority do receive medical coverage, and the greater part have dental, as well.
