"Constantly busy, high stress level."
Pros: Employees work very hard. Get base salary with minor commission compensation.
Cons: Very stressful. Inability to hire more employees because of restrictions. High turnover rate.

"Loyal to a fault."
Pros: I enjoy finding the right team to make the clients happy. Seeing happy, healthy animals walk out of clinic and knowing they are receiving the best possible care for the value. Knowing our clients return over and over for the kind, caring employees make this the best job.
Cons: Never knowing what the owner wants. She changes her mind on a regular basis and makes you feel like a child if you don't achieve the desired outcome she has. The big problem is she doesn't give instructions on what direction to go and undermines every decision you make.
