  • Coordinate with engineering staff to evaluate, enhance, and preserve equipment condition.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and general maintenance operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate the preventive maintenance program and processes across all facilities.
  • Develop the program budget, offer insight for the business plan, and evaluate employee performance and development.
