Job Description for Principal Technical Program Manager

Principal technical program managers are responsible for the technical aspects of their organizations' projects, including detecting and solving systemic problems before they occur. They must communicate regularly with other groups within the organization and oversee the completion of their projects both on-time and under budget constraints, and they're also tasked with reviewing and testing code to ensure it works properly, gathering and creating product requirements and specifications, and driving new products and features through the development process.
