Private Equity Investment Associate Reviews

What is it like working as a Private Equity Investment Associate?

Private Equity Investment Associate in Chicago:
"Unprecedented Exposure, Learning Opportunity, Culture."
Pros: I'm honored to have the opportunities to meet with partners from other private equity firms on a daily basis and evaluate hundreds of private companies. The partners at my firm are very kind and encouraging, and ask me to take on a lot responsibilities as a junior person. This is a fantastic learning opportunity at a 28-person firm, and it has an entrepreneurial feeling here.
Cons: Sometimes I have to work late and work on weekends, but that's reasonable.
