Job Description for Product Design Manager

Duties of a product design manager include hiring and supervising staff, implementing appropriate staff training, and assessing the accuracy of work produced by their work group. Product design managers spend a great deal of the work day coordinating with other teams on projects and directing general operations, product testing, and quality assurance. Product design managers may also propose budgets for upcoming projects. The most important attribute for a product design manager is the ability to coordinate and plan projects, keeping their work group in line with the predetermined goals and deadlines.
