Product Support Specialist Advice

Q: What do you wish you knew about your job when you first started out?

Product Support Specialist in Kilmarnock:
This position is mainly reviewing work done by other employees. I worked extremely hard to obtain the designations I have, and then our company "restructured". The employees were not forewarned about the extremity of the restructure, nor about how our daily jobs would change. Now I very rarely get to utilize my acquired skills. I feel like I am wasting my potential on an endless job going nowhere.
