Job Description for Production Supervisor, Poultry Processing

A production supervisor in poultry processing involves working at a facility that butchers, separates, organizes, packages, and ships poultry to various distributors. Your job will be to oversee each operation of the facility to ensure that it is maximizing efficiency and productivity. You will coordinate with different heads of each operation in order to make that happen. You will also be responsible for making sure that the quality control is being implemented and that the company is putting out the best poultry product possible.
