Their main goal is to ensure electronics projects are completed on time, stay within budget, and meet all organizational and customer requirements. These managers oversee day-to-day program responsibilities such as scheduling, planning, and pricing. Some program managers may also supervise workers and establish standard operating procedures to manage risks. Electronics program managers also monitor program performance metrics, as well as perform quality and cost control initiatives and reviews.
